DanubEcon is led by Ferenc Pető, who has advised leading law firms and corporations for more than 15 years on merger control, abuse of dominance, vertical and horizontal restraints, and competition-related private damages litigation.
Ferenc has worked on cases before the UK Competition and Markets Authority (and its predecessors), the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal, the High Court of England and Wales, the European Commission, as well as several national competition authorities across the European Union.
He holds an MSc Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics, an MSc in Economics from the Corvinus University of Budapest, and a PG Dip in EC Competition Law from King’s College London.
